This information is collected solely through our booking system, Calendly.

• Use your data for any purpose beyond the meeting you have booked

Your data is securely stored within Calendly’s systems and handled in accordance with their data protection and security standards. We do not download, export, or store your data elsewhere unless required to manage your booking.

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to manage your booking and any related follow-up directly connected to that meeting. After this point, your data is not used or processed further.
